				RESIDENTIAL SUMMER COURSE At The Purcell School, Bushey, London August 2009 (1st - 9th)
		Piano, String Instruments and Ensembles  Senior and Junior Classes  Former Masterclasses were taken by  Andrew Ball, Christopher Elton, William Fong, Ruth Gerald, John Lill, Andrew Haigh, Ruth Harte, Joan Harvey, Ronan O'Hora, Stephen Hough, Fazliddin Husanov, Alexander Kelly, Leonid Kontorovsky, Olga Malisova, Tessa Nicholson, Irina Osipova, Artur Pisarro, Natasha Sarcevic, Michael Schreider, Patsy Toh, Iwan Urwalov, John York, Andrew Zolinsky. The Final Concert 2002 was held at St. John's Smith Square, London The 2003-2008 Final Concerts were held at Dukes Hall, Royal Academy of Music, London The CD has been prepared and was distributed at the final concert.   The Recital Winners were Maya Malafeeva and Lubov and Anastasia Gromoglasov,Russia. They have been offered concerts in the UK. The former Winner, Fazliddin Husanov, played a joint recital in Wigmore Hall. He has won the 1st place at the London International Music Competiton 2000. The former Winner Indre Petrauskaite has won the Concerto competitions and played the Concerto No 1 by Ravel with Royal Academy Orchestra as well as at St.Martin-in-the-Field Concert Series. This year the dedicated team will be recording the best performances during the week and the players again will have a chance to prepare their own CD .

One of the most important Masterclasses will be devoted to the Romantic Repertoire.

Accommodation and Fees ^TOP		The course is mainly residential, but students living locally may also enrol Everyone, including observers, will be able to participate in all activities. Transport will be arranged to and from Potters Bar rail station for the first day of the course. Fees for full eight day course:  £595.00 including meals and accommodation  £450.00 including meals but without accommodation Fees for short four day course: £430.00 including meals and accommodation  £330.00 including meals but without accommodation Former students will be offered a discretionary discount Fees for observers and Associate teachers - daily rates:  £50.00 including meals and accommodation  £30.00 including meals but without accommodation Payment:  All cheques should be made payable to: North London Piano School Overseas students should pay by sterling cheques Bursaries and Scholarships Those seeking bursaries/scholarships will be asked to send a tape of their recorded performance.
